Time

You are welcome to order from us 24 hours a day - 7 days a week, However our office hours are only 9am to 5pm (UK time) Monday to Friday & Saturday 9am to 1pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays. If you make an order out of our office hours, it will be processed on our next working day. You can order or email 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via this site.

We purchase all items to order so that you get  your order at it's freshest, newest & with the longest possible shelf life.


We cannot guarantee & do not promise delivery by a certain date or time. If you do require your order by a specific date, please check with us in advance & we will do our best to make this possible.

During busy periods we recommend you order as early as possible to allow sufficient time for us to purchase and ship your order, and to allow for delivery times, including seasonal delays in our & your local areas
which are beyond our control.

Shopping and payment

To make a purchase, simply click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the "Shopping Cart", during or after shopping you must select a delivery destination to aqquire an exact delivery price. After you have finished your selections, click on "Checkout"  We will then send an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This e-mail does not confirm that a contract exists between us.

Payment must be made in full before any order will be processed. All payments will be made in Pounds Sterling. Your card issuer will convert the payment to your local currency if appropriate. The currency conversion facility used by our website is for use as a general guide only. The rate quoted may not be the exchange rate used by your card issuer.We will not be responsible for any differences between the exchange rate of the calculator and that of your card issuer.

Unavailability

It is possible a product is no longer available due to it being discontinued. We endeavour to keep our website as up to date as possible but we may be listing an item that is no longer available. Should you select such an item, we may either select an alternative similar item or a full refund will be given, depending on as we view the order.

Equally, manufacturers occasionally change their recipes, item weight or packaging. Again, we strive to keep our pictures up to date but we do only use them for illustrative purposes. You will always receive the current product available to us at the time of your order.

Delivery

Delivery times are governed by our couriers, and are approximate. We, nor our couriers offer any type of guarantee with respect to time scales within which your order will reach you. 

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and contact details are correct and that there will be someone available to accept delivery. Failure to do so may result in the order being returned to us and an additional postage charge will be incurred. Your telephone number may be given to our couriers to assist with the delivery.

We accept no responsibility if your delivery is delayed as a result of anything outside of our control e.g. flood, fire, other acts Of God, war or industrial action etc, while we are still in pocession of your order. We accept no responsibility at all once the order has been dispatched with the courier.


You are responsible for all import duties, taxes and other local charges levied in the country of delivery. We have no control over these and cannot predict what they may be. We cannot be held responsible for the actions of Customs who may open or inspect any package. We therefore recommend that you check with your local import authorities before placing your order to avoid possible upset. Certain goods are banned from being imported into certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure you only order goods which are permitted to enter your country. We will not be responsible for any items impounded by customs and no refund will be given for any such items.

Returns


If you make a mistake whilst ordering we would be unable to offer a refund on any returns or postage. If we deem the mistake to be ours, then we will of course refund the cost and shipping or the items concerned. If your parcel is returned to us with an attempted delivery, or due to you providing incorrect address details, we will have to re-charge you the shipping costs, or alternatively refund the goods only,depending on as we view the situation.

In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. We may request photographic evidence via email. We may either refund the monies paid for the item or we may decide to claim from our courier, in which case a full refund of the item will be given once we have successfully received compensation from the courier.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy .

 To cancel a contract, you must inform us in writing or by sending an email to  support@atb-bargains.co.uk  You must return the Product(s) to us as soon as possible at the Customer Service Address above in an unused, undamaged condition. You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the Product(s).

Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

 Except where a Product is defective, you may not cancel a contract for the supply of any of the following:

(a) Products produced or altered to your own specification;

(b) Perishable goods, including fresh foods or plants;

(c) DVDs or CDs where you have broken the seal;

(d) Magazines.

General

We will always endeavour to execute our work accurately. However, we are human and mistakes do happen. We will attempt to rectify any mistake to the satisfaction of all concerned. We know that errors are annoying, however, our staff are entitled to work without verbal abuse and we may ask you to call back or e-mail us if there is a decline in politeness. Our staff are instructed to terminate a call which they personally deem as abusive.

We reserve the right to amend any part of our website or the Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the site will constitute acceptance of any such changes.

Use of our site is deemed as acceptance of all our terms & condictions.
